What happened?

• replSetGetStatus shows member states.
• retryWrites and write concern majority help apps survive primary step-downs.
• After failover, the same insertOne targets the new primary automatically when the URI is a replica set seed list.

Failover elects a new primary automatically. Drivers need replica set URIs + retries. Expect brief write unavailability during elections.
