Cancellation, refund, and return rules

1. Policy Scope

This policy covers cancellations, refunds, and payment dispute handling for purchases made on Toolliyo (subscriptions, ebooks, programs, and mentor services).

2. Subscription Plans

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected duration.
  • You may cancel future renewals at any time from your account settings (where available).
  • Current active period charges are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law.

3. Digital Products (Ebooks / Downloads)

Because digital products are delivered instantly, they are generally non-refundable after access/download/preview entitlement is granted, except in cases of duplicate charge or proven technical delivery failure.

4. Live Training / Cohort Programs

  • Cancellation at least 7 days before start: eligible for full refund or credit transfer.
  • Cancellation within 7 days of start: partial refund/credit may be offered at our discretion.
  • No-show after batch start may be non-refundable.

5. Mentor Sessions

  • Reschedule/cancellation requests should be raised before scheduled session time.
  • Missed sessions or late cancellations may be non-refundable.
  • If payment succeeds but session cannot be delivered due to platform/provider issue, we may reschedule or refund after review.

6. Duplicate or Failed Transactions

If your account is charged more than once for the same order, or payment is captured but access is not granted, contact us with transaction details. Verified duplicate/failure cases are refunded to the original payment method.

7. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are typically initiated within 5-7 business days. Final credit timing depends on banking channels and payment gateway networks.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback, please contact support to resolve the issue quickly. Fraudulent disputes may result in account restrictions subject to investigation.
