Refunds for paid products
We want you to be satisfied with paid purchases on Toolliyo. This policy explains when refunds may apply.
Due to instant digital delivery, refunds are generally not available after download or access has been granted, unless required by law or the product was materially defective.
Cancellations made at least 7 days before a live batch start date may qualify for a full refund or credit transfer. Later cancellations may receive partial credit at our discretion.
Reschedule or cancel according to the mentor's stated policy. Refunds for missed sessions depend on booking status and are reviewed case by case.
If you were charged but did not receive access due to a platform error, contact us within 14 days with your order details for investigation and resolution.
Email support@toolliyo.com or use our Contact form with your account email, order ID, and reason. We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.
