What areas are you currently working on improving?

Short answer: I'm currently focused on improving my delegation and coaching skills. Earlier in my career, I had a tendency to take on critical tasks myself to ensure quality. Now, I’m learning to trust the process, let others take ownership, and support them with the right tools and feedback. It’s a shift from being the go-to problem solver to being an enabler of growth—and it’s been rewarding.
