Focused on **Content Marketing** (3 blog posts a week) and **Cold Emailing**. Fixed 50+ onboarding bugs identified via PostHog. Result: $3,000 MRR. Churn dropped from 15% to 4%.

3. Months 9-12: The Accelerator

Implemented a **Viral Referral Loop** and launched on **AppSumo** for a quick cash injection ($50k). Used that cash to hire a part-time VA for support and an SEO agency. Result: $10,500 MRR by the end of Year 1.
